 Beautifully Waiting managed the wedding-day setup across Turtle Court, the Veranda, and the Spanish Court. Each space was prepared with careful attention to timing, vendor coordination, design placement, and the flow of the full celebration.

 Turtle Court provided an intimate setting for the couple’s ceremony. We coordinated guest arrival, wedding-party movement, processional timing, and the transition into cocktail hour.

 Guests gathered on the Veranda for cocktails and conversation while the couple and family completed their scheduled photos. Beautifully Waiting coordinated hospitality service, photography timing, and guest flow to keep the experience relaxed and seamless.

 The celebration continued in the Spanish Court with dinner, formalities, and dancing. Our team managed the reception timeline, vendor communication, service coordination, and key transitions throughout the evening
